To start of with: this mod will only be published in German. Anybody having the urge to translate the mod has our blessing.

The mod 1648 is settled in the period
1618-1648 of the wars in Central Europe better known als the '30 years
war'. The battlefields of this conflict are all located in the area of
the Holy Roman Empire, therefore the map encompasses it's dominion and
the directly neighboring areas (Copenhagen-Udine / Reims-Riga). The
level of detail is guaranteed through 198 provinces and 24 factions.
The pivotal aspect of the mod will be the struggle of the Kaiser with
the counter reformation; protestant leaders being his main adversaries.

Foreign powers enter the game as
spawning factions like Siebenbürgen or as invaders like Sweden and
France. Poland-Lithuania (the Western areas), Denmark, Swiss Union and
the United Netherlands have their part on the map as well, although
their influence in the beginning will be more passiv. The eighty years
war between the Netherlands and Spanish Habsburg will also play a role
in the overall war of that period.

The mod has followed new paths to make the game experience more
intensive: new music and sounds, new textures, new units, new
animations, new stratmap elements and more.

Regalito de Navidad los amantes del FKoC y obiamente para todos los camaradas del foro.

el mod abarca la guerra d elos trenta años, aunque nbo he visto por ningun lado nada referente a tercios españoles, ten por seguro que alguna alusion aran en el mod, de echo es una especie de FKoC pero a escala "alemana" solamente hay que ir subiendo de tamaño de mapa y ya tendremos algun dia un XVI Total War.

gracios hombre, la verdad es que la seccion de mods de TW center es el triple de extensa que la de aqui, un dia abria que ponerse y postear fantasticos mods que crean y desarrollan, es solo cuestion de darse una vuelta de vez en tanto.

es que el mod se centra sobretodo en la guerra de los protestantes y catolicos asi como los varios estados alemanes , no creo que hayan puesto a españa en la zona, tratandose de un mod echo por alemanes

bueno, pues ya la ponen, los habsburgo españoles, quie tampoco son moco de pavo, de echo tienen bastantes territorios

seguramente si, al fin y al cabo con la de facciones que hay seguro que sale alguna unidad española
